Description

A/E Services to prepare preliminary drawings, develop the design, and prepare final construction documents including cost estimate. A/E will also provide construction period services for the construction project at the VA Medical Center, 800 Zorn Ave, Louisville, KY. Project will provide capacity for the medical center's existing energy management system network to be able to fully integrate upcoming projects into our centralized control system and will consolidate five existing energy management operating systems/platforms into a single system. Systems provide automatic control of the facility's HVAC Systems. Design is to be in accordance with DVA Design Criteria and Standards and all applicable codes. This announcement is restricted to A/E firms that are located within a 50 mile radius of Metropolitan Louisville, KY and is set-a-side 100% for small emerging business under NAICS 541310. Firms desiring consideration must submit SF-330 in triplicate, by 3:00PM local time, February 22, 2006 to: Attn: Vicky Caudill (90C), VA Medical Center, 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206-1499. A/E firms must be located within a 50 mile radius of Louisville KY and this solicitation is set-a-side 100% for small emerging firms only.
