- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations for hotel conference facilities and related accommodations and services for a conference to be held by the U.S. Department of State.
