Description
UNRESTRICTED QPL ITEM ________________________________________ PR No: RE05343001; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for Electrical Insulation Tape. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. This NSN has Qualified Product Lists requirements. Qualification must be in accordance with the cited specifications/standards. There is one approved source of supply listed in the QPL under .010 inch thickness. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 5970-00-814-9606; AEQ = 5188 Base Year, 5188 Option Years; and Maximum Qty = 10376 Base Year and 10376 Option Years. Delivery: FOB Origin, 42 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 27January 2006. The anticipated award date is 30 APRIL 2006. Reference notes 9, and 23.
