- The FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Groton Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: On-Site Corrective & Preventative Maintenance of Harbor Security Boats at the Naval Weapons Station Earle in accordance with the Performance Based Work Statement on Cummins Engine & Hamilton Jet Propulsion. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N69078-06-T-6007. The NAICS code is 811411- Small Engine Repair and Maintenance Shops and the Small Business Standard is $6,000,000. This is a total small business competitive action. The! government intends to award a single award with a period of performance 15 February 2006 to 14 February 2007. Questions regarding technical or contractual issues must be addressed to the Contract Specialist via email or fax ONLY by Thu Jan 26th. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
