THE APPLICABLE SOLICITATION DRAWINGS HAVE BEEN INCLUDED WITH THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS AS ATTACHMENTS. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT EACH OFFEROR REVIEW THESE DOCUMENTS IN THEIR TOTALITY FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. Please note that Attachment No. 15, " Payment Info Form, ACH Vendor Pymt System" has not been included within the issued solicitation documents but will be made available at the time of contract award....this informational notice was included in section J of the solicitation document.
