- Description
- The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to establish a minimum of three Blanket Purchase Agreements with Small Business vendors to provide criminal background checks to 42d Security Forces Squadron personnel. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561611 and the small business size standard is $11.5M. Firms offering quotations to be considered shall have a minimum of 10 years experience offering criminal background checks to governmental organizations or private firms and be able to meet all requirements of the statement of work which appears in the separate solicitation document. Offerors must be currently registered with the Dept of Defense Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and On-line Representations and Certifications System (ORCA). The website for these database registrations is http://www.bpn.gov and the Help Desk telephone number is 1-888-227-2423. In addition vendors must be registered with the Air Force Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system for invoices and receiving reports. The website for this database is https://wawf.eb.mil/ and the Help Desk telephone number is 1-866-618-5988. Offerors should complete blocks 8, and 12 through 16 of the Standard Form 18 and return with your price quotation, as well as including a minimum of three to a maximum of five recent references (within the past three years) to include company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, and email address. Please include a statement on your letterhead confirming your status as a Small Business. The government prefers a single package rate be quoted for each criminal background check ordered, which should include all of the requested database checks. Any exceptions to the Statement of Work should be prominently noted in your quotation. Quotations and other supporting material should not exceed ten (10) pages and must be received by the close of business on Wenesday, December 28, 2005.
