See FAR 9.5. Description: The anticipated solicitation will be for advisory and assistance services to support the EPA's Office of Solid Waste by providing technical support in the development and implementation of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as amended, regulatory support and technical assistance in support of the maximum achievable control technology standards (MACT) Final Rule.
