Hazardous Waste Treatment Program Support NAICS Code: 541620 (Environmental Consulting Services) Classification Code: R (Professional, Administrative and Management Support Services) Contract Office: US EPA 1200 PENNSYLVANIA AVE NW 3805R WASHINGTON D.C. 20460 Pre- Solicitation Synopsis Proposed Solicitation Number: PR-HQ-06-13485 Posted on 12/15/2005, Closed on 12/31/2005 Contact: Kevin Nilles at nilles.kevin@epa.gov for questions Anticipated Solicitation issuance date: 01/02/2006 Anticipated Contract award date: 04/01/2006 Anticipated Contract type: Time and Materials Anticipated Contract period: One-year base period, and three one-year option periods Significant potential organizational conflicts of interest may exist with the anticipated solicitation. See FAR 9.5. Description: The anticipated solicitation will be for advisory and assistance services to support the EPA's Office of Solid Waste by providing technical support in the development and implementation of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as amended, regulatory support and technical assistance in support of the maximum achievable control technology standards (MACT) Final Rule. Anticipated competition standard for solicitation: Total Small Business set-aside (full & open competition after exclusion of sources) Size standard for anticipated NAICS code: Not to exceed $6 million in average annual receipts Anticipated contracting procedures: Negotiation in accordance with FAR 15. All responsible small business sources will be allowed to submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
