- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City intends to solicit REDCOM Laboratories, Inc., 1 REDCOM Center, Victor, NY 14564-0950 for two (2) each Custom Tactical Communications Packages (TCP). The only Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certified PBX tactical telephone switch is the REDCOM IGX, which combines with a unique cross-connect to form the Custom TCP. JITC certification is required for equipment utilized within the Deployable Joint Command and Control (DJC2) system. Other sources interested in having their systems considered for incorporation into future spirals of the DJC2 system should access the certification process ZIP file found at http://jitc.fhu.disa.mil/testing.htm. The Custom TCP will be delivered to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. NAICS Code 334210 applies.
