Description: The Naval Air Systems Command plans to issue delivery orders in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to Canada under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-03-G-0014 with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration, Owego, NY 13827 (LMSI-O). The FMS requirement for Canada requires that the E-2C Mission Data Load Tool (MDLT) output format be revised and validiated. Once validated, the MDLT will be used by Canada as a training tool. Lockheed Martin Systems Integration is the designer, developer and manufacturer of the software used in the MDLT and is, therefore, the only source that possesses the indepth technical knowledge and the technical data rights necessary to provide these services within the time required to meet Canadian FMS requirements.
