- Description
- This pre-solicitation synopsis is for Base Laundry Services for F. E. Warren AFB, WY. This acquisition will allow for Full and Open Competition under NAICS code 812320 with a size standard of $4,000,000. This acquisition is for non-personal services which provides all labor, tools, parts, materials, and transportation necessary to perform Base Laundry Services for F. E. Warren AFB in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The contractor shall receive, account for, process, and return all organizational and individual items tendered for cleaning. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JACHO) standards. The initial performance period is from 1 Mar 06 to 30 Sep 06 plus four one-year options that may be exercised unilaterally by the Government. The evaluation technique to be utilized for the contemplated award of the issued solicitation is the Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT) for a best value award decision. Under PPT, past performance will be evaluated. Past Performance will be evaluated equally to price. The anticipated RFP issuance date is 19 Jan 2006, with the closing date for this solicitation anticipated to be 3 Feb 06. This solicitation will be available by Internet only and solicitation documents will not be available by any other means. In accordance with DoD policy, all contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) and the Online Representations and Certifications (www.orca.gov) websites in order to receive the award.
