- T\e Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with MedMark Services to provide for the delivery and management of Primary Care Services for the continuity of care for all Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) patients enrolled in the Oak Lawn clinic for VA Hines, IL. The contract period will be March 1, 2006 through November 30, 2006 (nine months only). Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation should be available on or about January 23, 2006. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer at the GLAC and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
