DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN, please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. FOB Destination/ Inspection at Destination. Estimated quantity Base yr 13 ea, 209 DARO, Stock Locations. Estimated quantity Option yrs 1-4, 16 ea, 209 DARO, Stock Locations. Duration of contract period is 60 months. Note 26 applies. Unrestricted. Other than Full and Open Competition. Intended sources: McDonnell Douglas Helicopter CAGE 8V613, Cox & Company CAGE 98085. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. Configuration Control applies. Critical Application Item. Sampling for inspection & testing shall be IAW ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003. Source Controlled Item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be awarded as a requirements type contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
