Description
Solicitation Number, SP0406-06-Q-9249, YPG05313000659, NSN: 9150-00-985-7237, Hydraulic Fluid, Petroleum, Inhibited. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item. This is solicited as Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5 for quantity of 3347 DR. This is being solicited with a 100% Quantity Option. QPL Applies. Unit can contains 5 gallons. This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with a Military/Federal Specification/Standards/And/Or Voluntary Industry Standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. In accordance with Spec NR MIL-PRF-17672D, BASIC DTD 1984 JAN 23. AMEND NR 03 DTD 1995 MAY 31. TYPE NUMBER: 2135-T-H. This item is used in a mercury free environment and must adhere to the requirements as specified in mercury free drawing 13873-03-0001. A copy of this drawing is available at DSCR and can be obtained via internet at website: HTTP://WWW.DSCR.DLA.MIL/OAP/OAPS.HTM (ALL LOWER CASE). This is a Critical Application Item. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAMMS inquiry on 17 January 2006. MSDS and OSHA Hazardous Warning Label are required. FOB: Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 204 applies. Requested delivery is 88 days ARO. Progress payments are not authorized as this is a commercial item. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will issue on ? 19 January 2006 ? with a closing date of 17 February 2006.
