This is solicited Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5 for quantity of 1979 DR. This is being solicited with a 100% Quantity Option. QPL Applies. This is a Critical Application Item. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with a Military/Federal Specification/Standards/And/Or Voluntary Industry Standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. MSDS and OSHA Hazardous Warning Label are required. FOB: Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 203 applies. In accordance with SPEC NR MIL-PRF-83282D. BASIC DTD 09/30/97. AMEND NR 1 DTD 12/10/97. TYPE NUMBER. I/A/W STD NR MIL-STD 290F. REFNO DTD 07/17/00. AMEND NR DTD TYPE NUMBER II SHELF LIFE 24 MOS. Requested delivery is 88 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will issue on ? January 20, 2006 - with a closing date of February 21, 2006.
