Description

A solicitation package will be posted on or about 13 Jan 06 to provide all work necessary to construct a Military Family Housing Office at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation to construct a Military Family Housing Management Office Facility. Construction includes site work, site utilities, parking lot, playground, new facility constructed of cmu/brick, metal roof, interior partitions, electrical, fire protection, and mechanical systems, and all interior finishes. This solicitation will be FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION with experience relative to NAICS Code 236220. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004. CCR registration can be obtained by accessing the Internet at www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. Offerors shall be registered and complete the Offerors Representations and Certifications on the Online Representation & Certification Application (ORCA) homepage at www.bpn.gov/orca prior to award being able to be made. Interested Parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation, amendments, and other documentation from the FedBizOpps page at http://www.eps.gov.
