Description

NAICS Code 561720: Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to provide janitorial services for the Fish and Wildlife Service, 16611 W. Hardy, Suite 16639, Houston, TX. Contract start date is December 1, 2005, ending November 30, 2006. There will be four one-year option periods. Current contractor is WW Contractors, Inc.. Current monthly contract price is $706.20 or $8,474.10/annum. Anticipated release date of the request for proposal is on or about September 29, 2005, with an anticipated receipt of proposal date of October 24, 2005. A walk-through will be conducted at the site on October 6, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will be in PDF format and will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically.
