- Description
- This is a re-synopsis of solicitation N40025-05-R-0016. All future postings to this procurement will be under solicitation number N40025-06-R-0010. Provide necessary supervision, personnel, materials, equipment and supporting electronic information resources as required to perform engineering and technical service support for US Navy vessels and other military type vessels. Support shall include Availability Planning Support, Maintenance of Database and Feedback Analysis, Special Projects, General Program Analysis and Technical Support, Availability Assessment, Data Base Support, Technical Repair and Support. This will be a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity type contract. The contract will be for a base year with four one-year options. Award will be based on best value procurement utilizing past performance, technical, and cost as evaluation factors. Performance of work under this contract shall be performed at any and all locations. Work may be required at shore facilities or aboard vessels (berthed or underway) and may be accomplished worldwide. The NAICS code is 541330, Engineering Services (Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons). This procurement is not restricted to MSRA/ABR contractors. This procurement will be a Small Business Set-Aside.
