Description: The Philadelphia District is soliciting request for quote using the procurement process prescribed in Part 12 Commercial Items of the Federal Acquisition Regulations to provide dredge pumps and parts including port and starboard pump impe ller suction and motor side heads and liners adjustable throat piece, stuffing box assembly, water ring, shaft sleeves and hardware liners for the dredge McFarland. The contractor shall provide all work in accordance with the contract drawing and specific ations. The specification will include the following McFarland Drawing: MD-01-01-05, MD-01-01-06, MD-01-01-10, MD-01-01-12,MD-01-01-14,MD-01-01-16,MD-01-01-18,MD-01-01-20, MD-01-01-24, MD-01-01-28, MD-01-03-04,and MD-01-01-17. The contractor shall be re sponsible for furnishing all necessary labor, material, services and equipment necessary to fabricate, cast and/or forge and assemble, then preserve and package the parts as listed in these specifications. This notice is a Request for Quotations. Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number W912BU-06-T-0015 has been assigned. The solicitation will be available on or about 19 January 2006. Contractors must register on the Internet and download the solicitation package and all amendments from the following address: https:www.fedteds.gov on or after the issue date of the solicitation. Quotes must be mailed and received by 08 February 2006. Quotes can be mailed to: Department of the Army US Army Corps of Engineers District, Contracting Division, Philadelphia, PA 1910 7. Attn: Cherita Williams. If any information changes during the advertisement period, contractors are responsible to make changes to their user profile on the Internet. Failure to make changes in their user profile may cause a delay in receiving notice o f the solicitation or any amendments. Delivery is required within 180 calendar days after award. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered. The Government will not pay for in formation received. All contractors are required to be registered in the DODs Central Contract Register (CCR) before award as required by DFARS 204.7300.
