- The Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a need for an Indefinite Delivery Contract for Building and Grounds Maintenance Services, Berlin Lake, Berlin Center, Ohio. Some of the services include grass mowing, maintenance of landscaped areas, pesticide application, mulching, cleaning of offices, restrooms and picnic areas, solid waste and raw sewage removal. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses (NAICS Code is 561210 - $30 Million). The period of performance will be from 1 A pril 2006 (or date of award, whichever is later) through 31 March 2007, with four one-year option periods. The Invitation For Bid (IFB) will be issued approximately 2/6/2006 on-line only through FedTeDS; therefore, requests for hardcopies of the specifica tions will not be honored. Requests must be made by registering for this solicitation through FedTeDS at http://www.fedteds.gov. Once registered, vendors, plan rooms and printing companies will be able to download this solicitation on or after the above issuance date.
