Description

The 10th Mission Support Group, Directorate of Contracting, United States Air Force Academy Colorado, intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06, 30 Sep 05. The North America Industry Classification System Code [NAICS] is 339112 and the size standard is 500 employees. The government has determined that Maquet, Inc. is the only source that can satisfy this agencies requirement. The requirement is to purchase Servo-I ventilator system to integrate with the current ETCO2 system and eliminates additional stand alone devices and incorporates ventilator data for more precise patient parameter adjustments. Training for this system is already set up. Maquet, Inc. is the only brand name/sole source that can satisfy the government?s requirements. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by 10MSG/LGCB. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. Any company that feels they have items that meet the needs of the Government must submit their technical data (2 pages or less) to support their claim.
