Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F3Z3445339A100, is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-08 and Defense DCN 20051220. The solicitation listed here is 100% set aside for small business. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is J052. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8734. The North American Industry Classification System is 541380 and the associated business size standard is $10 million. This request for quotation consists of the following: Item 0001-1 lump sum; calibrate and inspect all scales at the 60th Aerial Port Squadron (APS), Travis AFB, CA. Services shall comply with requirements of ISO 17025 or ANSI/NCSL Z5470-1-1994 and be traceable to NIST. For 60th APS scale listing please contact SSgt Joe molina at the number below. Service at Travis AFB shall be completed no later than 31 January 2006. The following provisions and or clauses apply to this acquisition.
