- STATEMENT OF WORK REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARDS Copier Service is defined as the paperless exchange of business information using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Electronic Mail (E-mail), facsimile, paper copy/print and other similar technologies. Contractor shall provide copier machines, paper, toner and services. All repairs must be completed within 24 HRS. This yearly contracted Period of Performance shall start 01 April 2006. Copier Requirement: Group 1: 15,000 copies, minimum of 25 copiers Group 2: 30,000 copies, minimum of 15 copiers Group 3: 150,000 copies minimum of 1 copier Group 4: 10,000 copies minimum of 1 copier (Colored) The work and services to be performed shall be subject to the requirements and standards contained in the following: Copy/print speed: For Group 1 more than 22 LTR pages per minute; For Group 2 more than 40 LTR pages per minute; For Group 3 more than 65 LTR pages per minute; For Group 4 more than 32 LTR Color pages per minute First copy time: less then 4.9 sec. Warm-up time: less than 30 sec. (max 10 sec. from sleep mode) Multiple copies/prints: 1 to 999 Double side copying/printing: Standard automatic Paper Capacity: minimum 2x550 sheets + Multi stack bypass (50 sheets) For group 3: minimum 2x1500, 2x550 sheets + Multi stack bypass (50 sheets) Interface: Ethernet (100Base-TX/10Base-T) Power Consumption (W): 1.0 kW maximum Dimensions (WxDxH): 565x700x761 mm Installation space (WxD): 930x1158 mm Resolution: Scanning 600x600 dpi Copying 1200x600 dpi Printing 2400x600 dpi Network protocols: TCP/IP, IPX/SPX, AppleTalk Send Functions: Push and pull scanning Scan speed: 45 pages per minute LTR 300/600 dpi Scan Resolution: 100 to 600 dpi Send Destinations: Send to E-mail, Send to internet Fax, Send to analog Fax, Send to URL, Send to FTP, Send to Desktop, Send to Database Embedded E-maintenance. In addition to the above the Contractor shall be responsible for installing, training, testing, and providing test results of copier machinery for the electronic exchange of data at no additional charge. Testing shall be a joint effort between the Contractor and the U.S. Government.
