Description

Provide A/E Services to include site investigation, design development, drawings and specifications, cost estimates, construction period services and site visits. Work shall include but not be limited to interior remodeling of architectural flow with the installation of a new HVAC system; new walls, doors, floor tiles, ceiling tiles, painting, wall coverings and ADA handicapped height handrails. Work will also include architectural, interior design and color coordination design. The estimated construction budget is between $100,000-$250,000. The area of consideration for this acquisition is restricted to firms within 50 driving mile radius of the VA Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre. Interested firms must submit two (2) copies of SF330 with approprite documentation to Contracting Officer (693/049B), VAMC, 1111 East End Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711 by close of business February 13, 2006. NAICS 541330 applies. This is not a request for proposals. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. See numbered notes 1 & 24.
