Description

RFP# JC-RIV-5-03 for the operation of the Albuquerque Job Corps Center located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, will be available on the Federal Business Opportunity website: http://www.fbo.gov on or about February 1, 2006. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost plus incentive-fee for a 2-year base period of October 1, 2006 through September 31, 2008 plus three governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The approximate average capacity strength is 415: 325 residential students; 90 non-residential. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at the Albuquerque JCC, 1500 Indian School Road, Albuquerque, NM, 87104. There will be a tour of the facility following the conference. Upon entering the facility, participants must sign in at the main gate entrance and will be directed to the conference site. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will consist of Oral Presentations and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due by 12:00 pm local time Monday, April 3, 2006 to the Dallas Regional Office. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
