- Expansion of the Outpatient clinic and Renovation of the Emergency Room Department at the Pine Ridge IHS Hospital on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, Pine Ridge, South Dakota. The proposed acquisition listed herein is to award to an Indian owned firm pursuant to the Buy Indian Act. Duration of the contract will be Three Hundred sixty five (365) days from the Notice to Proceed Date. IFB No. 241-BI-06-XXX will be approximately fifteen(15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable charge of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for the solicitation documents. Project magnitude is $3,000,000.00 to $8,000,000.00. The Indian Preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
