- The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is requesting information from industry concerning the Competitive Bidding Implementation Contractor responsible for certain activities related to implementing the national competitive bidding program for certain Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies. The attached RFI is being issued, which provides specific response instructions. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
