- Description
- The Peace Corps is conducting market research to identify sources for a turnkey Postal Services Solution provider with the capability to presort letters and flats with the same delivery standards as the United States Postal Service (USPS). Peace Corps mail volumes (letters, flats, boxes totaling 153,552 pieces) is insufficient to warrant USPS discounts and is seeking a full service solution provider to leverage applicable USPS discount pricing. Firms with experience in the areas cited above should provide a summary of their company's capabilities, including a description of facilities, personnel and past experience. Any proprietary information MUST be clearly marked as such. Respondents are asked to provide examples of contracts with similar requirements, along with the percentage of savings that their services were able to provide. All responses must include company name, address, POC, phone number, fax number, email address, business size, taxpayer identification number and DUNS number. This is a sources sought notice for planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation and not to be construed as a commitment by the Government.
