- REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is seeking companies who are interested in constructing a 82,800 rentable square feet office building on a pre-optioned site in Marfa, Texas. LEASE TERM: 20 years UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: 1. The successful offeror will be required to exercise the Option of Purchase Agreement attached to the Solicitation for Offer within twelve months from February 1, 2006. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. NAME 2. ADDRESS 3. PHONE NUMBER, and 4.
