- Savannah District, United States Army Corps of Engineers intends to solicit for the design and construction of a Regional Security Operations Facility for the National Security Agency at Ft. Gordon, Georgia. The solicitation will be a Two-Phase Desi gn Build with Phase One of the solicitation to be issued on or about 15 February 2006. The total estimated design and construction value of the project is approximately $400 Million and will require approximately 500,000 square foot of open office space, an additional 50,000 square feet of supporting facilities, and utility infrastructure and site development. This is not a request for proposal. Potential Offerors should not contact the Savannah District for additional information.
