Description: The U.S. Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command intends to award a sole source contract to BAE Systems, for the National Level RESET of up to 658 vehicles in the following configurations: M2A2 ODS, M3A2 ODS, BFIST, and ODS-E. FOB: Origin. Autho rity: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) entitled Only One Responsible Source. See Note 22. Subcontracting opportunities may exist with the prime contractor subsequent to award.
