Description

Furnish leased Carbonated Beverage Dispensers, beverage base and carbon dioxide as ordered during the period 01 March 2006 through 28 February 2007, with four option years at Fort Benning, Georgia. Carbonated Beverage Dispensers will have Six spigots  five for flavored drinks, one for water, and ice dispensing capability. Beverage base (Liquid) will be provided in disposable cardboard containers which are study enough to protect and maintain the sa nitation of the internal plastic syrup bags (Bag-in-a- box ). The containers will be constructed in a manner to allow for vertical stacking on pallets. The containers will have high commercial market acceptability. METAL BEVERAGE BASE CYLINDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE. Carbon Dioxide will be provided 20 lb metal cylinders. Pursuant to FAR 19.1308 (b), this requirement includes FAR 52.219-4, NOTICE OF PRICE EVALUATION PREFERENCE FOR HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The NAICS code is 312111. Offerors are reminded that you must be registered and currently active with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) to be eligible for award. Solicitation will be available on or about 18 January 2005 and will be available at no cost on Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) (http://acquisition.army.mil). This requirement is unrestricted and all responsible offerors may submit quotes which will be considered by this Agency.
