- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA8630-06-R-6304. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-08. This is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. This RFQ has the following line items: CLIN Description Qty 0001 Dodge Sprinter setup and modification for installation of 1 each Heavyweight Deflectometer (HWD) and Road Surface Profiler (RSP) 0002 Delivery of vehicle to Mount Plesant, SC 29465 1 each upon completion of setup and modification FOB Origin. Inspection and Acceptance shall be performed by DCMA. The following clauses and provisions apply: 52.212-1, 52.212-3. Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 shall be included with any offer. In accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(2), the Government may award without discussions. AFSAC/PKT intends to award to Dynatest Consulting Inc. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
