- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Victor Perla & Associates located at: 93 Pearl Street, Buffalo, NY 14202 for twenty-seven (27) reserved parking spaces for Official Government Vehicles (OGVs?) for Buffalo, New York Resident Office. The period of performance is January 01, 2006 through December 31, 2006. This is an anticipated sole source modification to Victor Perla & Associates, under the authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 531312. The small business size is $1.5 million. The acquisition will be conducted though the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 ?Simplified Acquisition Procedures?. The proposed requirement is for parking services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one responsible source under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), ?Soliciting from a Single Source.? Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for Victor Perla & Associates. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date is January 17, 2006.
