- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-07. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Only the above parts from Fluke Biomedical will be accepted, no equals will be accepted. Contract award will be based on 1). Determination of technical acceptability of items offered, 2). Determination of acceptable past performance and 3). Determination of low price. Companies must be registered in CCR; provide DUNS number; Cage Code and TIN. Companies must also comply with DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests (JAN 2004).
