Description
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the official notice that an RFQ (attached to this notice) is being issued. Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is M67854-06-Q-4094 as attached RFQ should be completely filled out in the following format. Block 1: you GSA number contract, Block 17a: company name, address, POC name and e-mail, CAGE code, DUNS number, TIN number and phone and fax numbers, on page 2, completely fill out the attached schedule including unit prices and extended prices. The United States Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico Virginia intends to purchase the equipment as described in the attached RFQ at a Minimum Quantity 150 with an Option to purchase up to a Maximum Qty of 1,000 and anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The Contract will be awarded for a base period of one (1) year with three (3) additional one-year options (if technology permits). This is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334111 with a size standard is 1,000 employees. Contractors must be authorized federal supply service information technology schedule 70 holders to compete in this procurement. Contractor Questions are due by 2:00 pm (EST), January 12, 2006 and Quotation submissions are due by 10:00 am (EST), January 24, 2006 to the Contracting Officer via e-mail to jodie.shifflett@usmc.mil with the subject headline of ?M67854-06-Q-4094". Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2000-07. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items applies. Evaluation will be in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation--Commercial Items the Government anticipates award of and Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to the responsive responsible low offeror. A completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items must be submitted with quote. FAR 52.212-4 applies, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, 52.216-18 Ordering (a), (b) & (c) applies, 52.216-19 Order Limitations (a) 1, (b) 3,000, (c) n/a, (d) n/a applies, 52.216-22 applies and 4 years shall be inserted. Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, FAR and DFARS 52.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items apply. Defense Priorities and Allo cations System (DPAS) rating of DO-A7 applies.
