- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number N00421-05-C-0001 for NP2000 Performance Definition and Support . NAVAIR intends to negotiate this Order on a sole source basis with Hamilton Sundstrend, One Hamilton Road, Windser Locks, Connecticut 06096. Hamilton Sundstrend is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer and systems integrator of the NP 2000 Propeller System into the E-2C aircraft and for that reason is the only firm with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to provide the require services in a timely manner for the purpose of meeting the fleet?s operational needs.
