- USAMRAA intends to make an award to Cognos Corporation for the renewal of COGNOS Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software maintenance for products that are currently providing business intelligence support for EI/DS Enterprise Data Operations, Purcha sed Care Operations and Medical Surveillance Operations. COGNOS software has been in continuous use in EI/DS standard architecture since 2000. The COGNOS COTS suite is a specific and unique client/server software package integral to the development and m aintenance of the named EI/DS products.
