- This is a notice of the Governments intent to award a sole source (Note 22 ) to VECNA TECHNOLOGIES INC for preparing a draft WRAMC regulation pertaining to Information and Management (IM). This is a set aside for a small business. This action is for consulting services with Walter Reed Army Medical Center for the purpose of assessing current clinical information systems in order to develop a strategic, comprehensive, and compatible clinical information policy throughout the region. The vendor mus t detail their experiences in Composite Healthcare System (CHCS), Composite Healthcare System (CHCS II) and legacy systems. This notice is an urgent requirement for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20307, contract number TBD. Parties interested in furture announcements should provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above.
