- The Little Rock District, Corps of Engineers is requesting bids to provide and install a Flexible Membrance Sheet Roofing System located at The Ozark-Jeta Taylor Lock and Dam, Ozark, Arkansas. All bids are due by 30 Jan 2006 at 4:00 PM. All technic al dat including any drawings related to this solicitation will be distributed using the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeds) system.
