- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, Ma on behalf of the United States Army Soldier Systems Center, Natick, Ma intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis wit h Texas Engineering Extension Service, 301 Tarrow Street, College Station, Tx, 77840-0789. This order is to conduct OSHA 501 Train the Trainer Course. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available . See Note 22 which reduces the response time to 6 days.
