Warren AFB, WY 82005 SUBJECT: Z- Request for Sources-Sought Synopsis ? FY07 Requirements Contracts, Alteration, maintenance, and repair of Real Property SOL: DUE: 20 Jan 06 POC: Doug Reed, Contract Specialist, 307-773-6650 DESC: Sources are being sought for a contemplated performance period of a Basic and Four Option Years. This acquisition is being set aside for Small Business Administration (SBA) Section 8(a) small business concerns subject to the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 238160 with a size standard of $13.0 Million. Roof Maintenance and Repair- The project is located at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. Work will include assessment, maintenance and repair of ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer (EPDM) single-ply rubber roof systems on base buildings. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing roofing systems, repair to existing roofing systems, installation of new roofing systems, repair to roof decks and fascia, sheet metal work including various types of flashings, installation of gutters and downspouts, and waterproofing of gutters. The project may entail coordinating efforts with other contractors to accomplish work on roofs that consist of more than one type of roofing system. Sources interested are requested to submit their information no later than 20 January 2006. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Sources shall include in their information, a capabilities statement stating their experience in providing the above mentioned operations either the same or similar to those identified in this notice, a point of contact with phone and e-mail information, and business status (Socio-Economic Factor) under NAICS 238160 ie; Hub-Zone, 8(a), Large, Small, and/or Disadvantaged.
