- DESCRIPTION: The Veterans Administration Medical Center 100 Emancipation Dr. Hampton, Virginia 23667 is intending to award a firm fixed price competitive contract. This contract effort will be 100% Small Business set-aside contract only and no other offerors will be accepted for the solicitation number 246-05-02491. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and tools necessary to repair/replace all appurtenances of the stations many electrical distribution systems and any work associated with these repairs. Contractor shall also provide 24 hour emergency service, 365 days a year, with a maximum two hour response time in accordance with solicitation requirements for the period date of award through September 30, 2006 with four (4) 12 month renewable option periods. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238210 with a small business size standard of $13-Million.
