- Eielson AFB, AK has a requirement for an original oil on canvas painting. Specifics are identified in the solicitation. The reference number for the solicitation is FM500453230002 and can be downloaded at www.fedbizopps.gov. This action is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 453920, with a small business size standard of $6 Million. This solicitation will be issued electronically. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
