- Description
- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Harris Corporation, 1680 University Avenue, Rochester, NY 14610. Under this BOA, it is anticipated that SPAWAR will issue delivery orders for five or more HF Broadband Communications Systems (AN/URC-131(V) HFRG) for the DDG-51 Class, LPD-17 Class, and CVN-68 Class ships and may issue engineering services to refurbish existing systems and provide support to any of the HFRG systems. The Government may convert this into a contract or a combination of delivery orders under the BOA and a contract if requirements dictate it .
