Description: NOTICE OF INTENT to issue a single source award to the County of Alameda, Dept of Agriculture, Hayward, CA for a base with 4 option years. The County will conduct herbicide spray control of exotic smooth cordgrass with truck-mounted sprayers in tidal marshes on Don Edwards San Franncisco bay National Wildlife Refuge. Due to the scarcity of days available for spraying during extreme low tide conditions between August and October, it is necessary to maximize coordination for all the mosquito control within this basin. There is no Request for Quotations.
