- This will be a firm fixed price contract. Contractor shall Provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services are performed at Aliamanu Military Reservation, Fort DeRussy, Fort Shafter, Helemano Military Reservation, Schofield Barracks, Tripler Army Medical Center, and Wheeler Army Airfield, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 12 January 2006. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due d ate will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 2 February 2006. Period of performance is 1 April 2006 through 31 December 2006 with 1 prepriced 9-month option period. NAICS 561720, Janitorial Services. Telephone requests wil l not be honored. Interested offerors will be notified via email when the solicitation is available and are required to download the solicitation and any s ubsequent amendments from this website. Once posted on this website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments. Recommended minimum IT capabilities for contractor systems are 56K modem s for website downloads and 2 mb email capacity. This is a recurring requirement. Services are currently performed under separate contract. Current contractor is Federal Maintenance Hawaii Inc 823 Olive Ave Wahiawa, HI 96786. Current contract is for a 10 month period and the estimated contract price is $1.1 Mil.
