- Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required for Replace Nurse Station Cabinets, at the Gainesville VA Medical Center. Work includes general construction, alterations, electrical work, cabinetry, laboratory equipment, utility systems, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items, as required by the specifications and drawings. The NAICS code is 236220/size standard is $28.5 million. Cost range is $100,000-$250,000. Solicitation issue date will be O/A 01/20/2006. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 02/02/2006 at 2:00 PM local time in Building T-4 conference room, at the VA Medical Center, 1601 SW Arched Rd., Gainesville, FL. THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL HUB-ZONE SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. BIDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED FROM SMALL BUSINESSES THAT APPEAR ON THE LIST OF QUALIFIED HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS MAINTAINED BY THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, (see numbered note 27) Reference FAR 52.219-3. http://www.pro-net.sba.gov/.
