Description: Contractor to perform maintenance service on engines, generators, switchgear twice each year on a pre-arranged schedule. During such performance of said maintenance service, contractor shall perform all work specified in checklist, for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 508 Fulton Street,Durham, North Carolina. Contract period will be from date of award to September 30, 2006 with 4 one year renewal options. This is an emerging small business set-aside. NAICS 221119. Size Standard $4.0 million.
