- --ALBUMIN FOR CLINICAL TRIAL--DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, PROGAM SUPPORT CENTER, SUPPLY SERVICE CENTER, PERRY POINT, MARYLAND, intends to award a sole-source contract to Baxter Healthcare, BioScience Division, One Baxter Way, Westlake Village, CA 91362, to provide Albumin 25% and Saline (as Placebo for Albumin)in 250 ml and 500 ml bottles and custom blinded administration sets and blinding materials in support of Phase III of a Multicenter Clinical Trial, ALIAS (Albumin in Acute Stroke), sponsored by the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS).
