- The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for a office supplies including bar-coding for the NIST Storeroom. Delivery shall be FOB DESTINATION and shall be completed not later than 30 days after receipt of award. This requirement is being procured under simplified acquisition procedures, using full & open competition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 424120 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The competitive Request for Quotation (RFQ), specifications, RFQ amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement shall be made available via the Internet at HTTP://WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV under RFQ number 06-059-0039. The RFQ is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about January 9, 2006, and will only be available via the Internet at the above website. Potential offerers are responsible for accessing the website. Interested parties must respond to the RFQ in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. No written solicitation document is available, telephone request shall not be honored, and no bidders list shall be maintained.
